OPEN WATER: Scuba diving is fun and easy to learn — especially if you are already comfortable in the water. Our scuba camps seek to achieve and surpass standards set by PADI! All equipment and materials are provided by us for the entire program. Simply bring bathing suit, towel, lunch, water and sunscreen. PADI courses are performance-based rather than time-based. This means that if a student is having difficulty with any particular skill, our instructors will work one-on-one with that diver until the skill is mastered. Our Youth Open Water programs also include units and certifications on Project Aware (Underwater Ecosystem) and Project Aware Coral Reef Conservation.

Students will complete academic classes, confined water and open water training sessions as part of this course and receive their Jr. Open Water Certification. Advanced Open Water Diver

Ages 12+

July 23-27 Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 12 noon

(age and group size restrictions apply)

Despite its name, the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver is not as much for advanced divers as much as it’s the next step right after your PADI Open Water Diver course, to help you gain experience in different diving environments that you might encounter on vacation or on local dives. Each day, we will gain knowledge and experience for diving in deep, navigation, and 3 additional specialty dives, such as Search and Recovery, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Photographer, etc.
